Today I lost a badminton singles finale at office. It made me wonder a few things. What do we want to win in our professional run.  Is this win a balanced life, a promotion, self dependency, self respect, financial freedom to make decisions, what is it? What defines this win? Every week there is a star performer and someone's performance has gone down. But the wheel keeps turning. We reflect on the moment where we lost it with a very small margin. It keeps haunting at nights. It seems we are still there, hung at that moment.. We all have failures, inexperiences, misfires..... Only way out from that hung up, is to get up and do it again and again and again, till you do it right.   Not because you are chasing someone or something.
