Today I lost a badminton singles finale at office. It made me wonder a few things. What do we want to win in our professional run.  Is this win a balanced life, a promotion, self dependency, self respect, financial freedom to make decisions, what is it? What defines this win? Every week there is a star performer and someone's performance has gone down. But the wheel keeps turning. We reflect on the moment where we lost it with a very small margin. It keeps haunting at nights. It seems we are still there, hung at that moment.. We all have failures, inexperiences, misfires..... Only way out from that hung up, is to get up and do it again and again and again, till you do it right.   Not because you are chasing someone or something. Not because we want to win.....Only because we love it... So I’m gonna keep loving what I do.. And keep doing it till the time I stop loving it....

When we laugh at someone, we feel safe, secure,unthreatened and even powerful. However when someone laughs at us we feel insulted and humiliated, uncomfortable even powerless. The many comedy shows on television and internet make us laugh because they make fun of others usually those who we want to mock;Politicians, bollywood stars, macho men, femisists, rich, glamorous and beautiful. We often do not se the power dynamics involved in laughter. Neuropsychologists and philosophers beleive that the humans first believed humans first laughed to express relief at passing danger, when the prey gave predator a slip or a predator after days of hunger found food. It has something to do with feelings of security and trust. Maybe thats how laughter therapy works... 

For anyone who has ever been in love, or dreamed of being in love, an age-old question often prevails through time and the pondering of one's mind: is he/she my soul mate? Is there one? Everyone has a soul mate, or several, and one twin flame. A soul mate is someone who may have shared a past life connection with you, or come from the same cluster of souls when yours was breathed/formed into life.Twin flames are the other half of a person's soul; the yin to their yang, the feminine to the masculine, etc, etc. A twin flame is the ultimate soul mate, the one we are naturally seeking throughout our lifespan and the one we will be with on our last life on earth; with whom we shall ascend with. At least this is what the doctors, psychologists and psychics who share an interest in such a concept say in agreement. When a soul is created it is split into two separate souls which embody the masculine and feminine. These are the twin flames. It is said that these two flames...

Listen to what your internal voice suggests and go forward doing things which you know are right. Do not act for a particular aim, hoping for something... Be simple and listen to your profound being :) Act freely and with serenity !!

It was a crowded junction...... Cars were rushing in from everywhere. Headlights were flashing all over.It was a red signal For a second my heart stopped beating when I slipped while I was walking on the unstructured footpath, but the very next moment without realizing the heart rate eased as I found my father holding my hand and pointing me towards the walkway. He was saying "Rise daughter, you still have miles to go". Crossing the street and reaching home wasn’t so difficult after that; I followed his league. While growing up we all learn to do things on our own. Sometimes we feel we have become so efficient that we don’t need anyone else’s help. We can sustain ourself, we are self-sufficient, and we can take our own decisions. But then such incidents happen and bring us right back to square one and we ponder over the fact— what are we without the people in our lives... Our parents have given birth to us.. Even today after becoming a grown up crossing a busy street increase...

1600 kms by Train and another 900 by a Bolero with friends, just to see that amazing smile on my friends face as he started a new phase in his life.. Just lived a few of the most amazing and adventurous moments of my life.. Life is Beautiful. Honesty, Compassion and Love make it so Beautiful. Not Money, Hypocrisy and Envy. :)

Business houses are of two types. The risk averse and risk takers.The second types beleive in marketing while first types are salespeople. A balance of both is required for growing your business as well as sustaining it. In back end you work for cost minimisation by managing inputs and at the front end it's all about channel management and brand building.Your customer touch points (channel and media ) are your face to your customers. Government as well as your competition are the environment. Your area of business operations also determines a lot of things. In such a competitive scenario, it is difficult to create an impact within constrained budgets but that is the beauty of marketing. That is where Management differs from Entrepreneurship!!!!
